"The following samples were recorded with no modification (EQ, compression, etc.). A SM58 was used on the speaker cone, and a Octavia M219 was placed about 3' away. The two signals were blended and then transfer to .wav files.

What has impressed us about this amp is the number of unique quality tones. All of the below samples were recorded with all of the power tubes on and in Pentode mode. Remember, this amp allows the user to turn power tubes on and off.

It was difficult to choose which guitars to record for the samples. The amp responds remarkably well to different woods and pickups. Our '67 Gretch, our Hamer w/P90's, and our Strat all compliment the TG-3 nicely. We chose the tele and the PRS because they seemed to demonstrate the tonal range of the amp most dramatically."
